Our Line Bender is designed to run 1-5 ceramic or quartz emitters.
FocusIR projector assemblies with a narrowed focus point allow precise heat control for line bending applications.

FocusIR assemblies extend the possibilities of small-scale production including cable-run channels, under-shelf trays and file holders. The part is aligned with the tool, removed when pliable, and then fitted to a jig for cooling.

FocusIR systems are available in single or double-sided designs.  When using a single-sided FocusIR, the heated side of the sheet forms the outside radius of the bend.  Double-sided FocusIR systems heat faster and allow more flexibility.
