ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By engaging to purchase a product on the Website, you (further know as “Buyer”) agree and accept terms of this Agreement.  Contact us if you have any questions about our products, policies, comments or questions. 

PRICING, AVAILABILTY, AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Prices of product and product availability as shown on the Website are subject to change, at any time, without notice.  WECO International, Inc. makes no representations of warranties regarding product availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after a purchase has been made, the charge to your credit card will be refunded.  Most orders will ship within one business day.  Delivery on large quantity items can run approximately 3-5 weeks.  A confirmation and ship date estimate will be provided upon receipt of order.
All pricing is listed in United States Dollar currency.  WECO International, Inc. accepts Visa, and MasterCard.  All purchases will appear in USD and from "WECO International" on the credit card statement. WECO International, Inc. does not accept COD. If Buyer fails to pay for any products received, WECO International, Inc. shall reserve the right, to suspend or cancel further delivery, and to proceed in any court of proper jurisdiction against Buyer for all amounts due including, but not limited to, attorney fees, costs and interest. Please make sure that your billing address is consistent with the address on your credit card statement billing.

CANCELLATION
Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours if written notice is received and confirmed before product ships.

STATE SALES TAX
For all purchases, sales tax will be charged where it is required by law to charge tax. We will charge State sales tax applicable for Michigan and is subject to change accordingly.

SHIPPING
WECO International, Inc. ships all orders to the forty-eight contiguous states United States. WECO International, Inc. shall use reasonable efforts for products to be delivered to Buyer, but shall in no event be liable for any losses or damages caused by delay or non-delivery of products. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping charges. WECO International, Inc. is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders when completing and submitting your online purchase.

LIMIT OF NON-DELIVERY CLAIM
Non-delivery claims related to products sold through WECO International, Inc. website shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of the product to which the claim relates. Buyer's failure to give written notice of any claim within the 30-day period of time to WECO International, Inc. shall constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim. In no event shall Buyer commence any action related to products sold to Buyer through the Website later than one year after receipt of the product.

RETURNS
Refunds will be issued within 45 days of purchase. After the 45-day period, a merchandise exchange will be issued. We offer an exchange for defective items. Our exchange process requires you to return the manufacturer's defective product for an exchange with a non-defective product.  If returning product for reasons other than being defective, the product must be returned in resalable condition.  Certain special order and non-stock items, in resalable condition, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Custom orders are not illegible for a refund or exchange. To return an item for exchange or refund, contact our Customer Service department.   Our Customer Service representative may ask you for your order number and date of purchase.  Please allow up to 14 business days for the exchanged product to be sent to you.

If the Buyer does not register for a PayPal® account, WECO International, Inc. cannot issue credit card or cash refunds, therefore, an exchange for item(s) purchased will be issued.

For fast, accurate returns, keep the invoice and packing slip with your shipment. If you need to return your purchase, please complete and return shipping invoice and include it with your merchandise. Ship your package postage paid. WECO International, Inc. does not accept postage due packages.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If an item is received damaged, contact our Customer Service Department at (810) 686-7221. Be sure to have the packing slip along with a copy of your purchase invoice to give the information to our Customer Service Representative. In order to ensure shipping damage claims accurately, many items are packaged in a plastic bag.  If the plastic bag is broken and/or unsealed – 100% full refund may not be issued.  The bag must be 100% in tact to claim damage due to shipping.  Items that have been deliberately, maliciously damaged will not be entitled for refund or exchange. Products are guaranteed against failure due to faulty materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. If for any reason an item has a manufacturers defect, it will be replaced at no cost to the Buyer.  In the unlikely event of failure of the unit within this time, the unit must be returned to WECO International, Inc. for repair or replacement, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. Guarantees are invalid if the installation instructions as given have not been followed. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
  Buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the products for the uses and applications considered by Buyer. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities arising out of possession and or use of the merchandise item(s) purchased.

BUYER'S REPRESENTATION

Buyer represents that he/she has the requisite power and legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations under this Agreement. Buyer represents that he/she has provided accurate information to WECO International, Inc. while purchasing merchandise through the Website and that his/her offer to purchase products complies with all applicable laws. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning Buyer's purchase, possession and use of the merchandise item(s).


FINAL
• No waiver by either party of any breach of any terms or conditions contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or any other terms or condition herein. Nothing contained herein shall limit the remedies of WECO International, Inc. in the event of Buyer's breach of this Agreement.
• The parties agree that electronic communications shall be considered "writings" for all purposes under the law. If notice is not sent by electronic communications, notices shall be deemed given when delivered to or US mail by first class postage prepaid, and, if to Buyer, sent to the address as completed by the Buyer during the checkout period finalizing purchase made through WECO International, Inc.’s website. 
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal action with respect to any transaction subject to this Agreement must be commenced within one year after the cause of action has arisen.
